Some "Food for Thought..."
The bakery continues to operate at full capacity. Every day, at the break of dawn, I dig in and start making donuts for the locals to come by and grab on their way to work (or sometimes on their way home!).
 
In taking a few minutes to do some math, I found some interesting numbers for those who are into that sort of thing.
